Teeming with wildlife, the La Plata Island is the perfect destination for nature lovers looking for a unique adventure and amazing views. Naturalist and native guides are on hand to guide the tour and answer questions as you capture glimpses of the rich abundance of native and migrating marine life, including humpback whales (june-october), green marine turtles and many species of seabirds.

This package include full tour Isla de la Plata + box lunch + marine turtles watching + snorkel with equipment + accommodations in tourist superior Hotel in Puerto Lopez for two days, one night.

DAY 1

WELCOME TO PUERTO LOPEZ

Check into your Bosque Marino Vacation Suites and explore Puerto Lopez, beaches, fisherman market, souvenirs market, Puerto Lopez marine, you could go to Los Frailes Beach (10 minutes from Puerto Lopez).

DAY 2

ISLA DE LA PLATA

Transport to and from the Island (from Palo Santo office in Puerto Lopez), bird and sea turtle sighting - Snack (cake + fruit + soda), lunch box and a bottle of water to take with you to the Island while trekking - Naturalist guide - 30 minutes of snorkelling (we provide you with full snorkel gear)

DAY 3 OR MORE

ENJOY MACHALILLA NATIONAL PARK

Check our tours and other activities in Machalilla National Park or only enjoy the pool, beach and delicious food in Puerto Lopez.

In Puerto Lopez you could find many restaurants, bars, food market close to the suites, with plenty of meal choice from 3,00 usd/meal. Please check our info about restaurants.

Yes, it is safe.  Our boat is also equipped with life-jackets for every single person on board, and all our crew members have been trained and certified to assure your safety and the safety of the animals. Also, Isla Salango are so close to Puerto López.
